About

Ideally located on a prime lot at the tip of a highly sought after island in Newport Harbor the project was a marriage of modern and vintage Spanish and Moroccan influences. The main objective of this project was to use quality materials to create a timeless beauty that evolves to a perfect patina. Interior finishes were curated from international sources and imported to complement the architecture and design of the residence.
