Clerel Design was brought in before the close of escrow of Plaza Townhomes. The original property dated back 30 years with minimal maintenance up until that point. Tracy worked with the purchasing entity on design direction for the exterior renovation. This included improving frontage, new signage, landscape, hardscape, and irrigation, repairing and replacing rotted wood, custom lighting, and increasing parking.

Interior renovations include expanded open kitchens, custom interior stair railings, beautiful lighting, and exquisite tile and bathroom design with brand name fixtures.

Plaza Townhomes is located in a highly sought after area of Costa Mesa. The interior and exterior improvements by Clerel Design has exceeded expectations.
