Continental Apartment Homes was designed and built with spacious floorplans and top quality construction. When Schroeder Management Company was hired for the property management operations they saw an opportunity to improve a building that had excellent bones but lacked in the finishing touches that a luxury apartment complex should have. They called in Clerel Design to revamp the exterior and interior of the building to what is now a stunning and pristine apartment community.

The extensive lobby remodel included new limestone flooring throughout, brand name designer lighting, drywall to cover brick walls, baseboard, and new furniture. The laundry room was completely transformed to an exquisitely designed laundry room with original photography throughout. The elevator cab was custom designed to tie in with the newly renovated lobby and the interior hallways were updated with new beautiful carpet and artwork.

There were large unorganized storage rooms used by tenants that lacked proper security and created management control issues. Clerel Design came up with the solution and converted the rooms to private and secure storage facilities that would be rented out to residents. Tracy Schroeder, lead designer of Clerel Design, created custom built caged storage units with passage locks, clean industrial lighting and ceiling fans to move air.
