Clerel Design was hired on to the project to consult during the Due Diligence period of the purchase of New Orleans. The main objective was to create a vision and a realistic budget for a building that had a large amount of interior upgrades. Every square foot of the building’s common areas had been left in disarray due to years of management neglect.

To give the property a hotel-style aesthetic, we implemented improvements such as:
Beautifully designed lobby, brand new rental office, newly designed elevator, and new interior corridors with custom lighting, new entry doors, and high quality commercial carpeting.
