Flowertree was a new acquisition that neighbored an existing property that was under management. Clerel Design was hired to incorporate the feel of the current property and rework the flow of the properties since they were now being combined to be as one building. To do this we eliminated existing gates and built new ones along with new perimeter fences in different locations on property to reflect that the merge of two properties.

To improve street appeal and create a feeling of privacy we saw cut planters into the driveway and around the building, cleaned up the landscape, and added new private entries to the apartments with planters.

Exterior paint was changed and new light fixtures were added. We replaced certain areas of handrails and creatively tied in the new with the old iron works.

Interior renovations have allowed us to been able to expand kitchens by using previously wasted space to create a bigger and more open feeling kitchen as well as an overall better functioning apartment.
